By booking a journey with ACE Airport Transfers (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the terms and conditions below.
These terms govern all bookings made directly via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
All journeys must be pre-booked and confirmed by email or text.
The customer is responsible for checking that the booking confirmation details are correct.
Bookings are valid only after we have confirmed them and assigned a driver.
Fares are quoted at the time of booking and are fixed unless stated otherwise.
Prices include parking and waiting time unless agreed separately.
Payments can be made in advance online or in cash to the driver.
For online payments, we use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup time — full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup — 50% charge may apply.
“No-shows” (where the passenger does not arrive) — full fare is charged.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrival times and adjust accordingly.
The driver will wait up to 45 minutes from the time of landing unless otherwise arranged.
Additional waiting time may be charged at the company’s standard hourly rate.
Each passenger may carry standard luggage.
Please inform us in advance if you have extra or oversized items.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.
Smoking, eating or drinking alcohol is not permitted inside vehicles.
The company reserves the right to refuse carriage to anyone under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or behaving in a disorderly manner.
Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
We will make every effort to ensure you reach your destination safely and on time.
However, ACE Chauffeuring Ltd accepts no responsibility for delays due to:
Traffic conditions, accidents, breakdowns, or severe weather
Flight delays beyond our control
We are not liable for missed flights, connections or resulting costs.
Passengers must provide accurate flight details.
If your flight is cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible to adjust pickup time.
We may assign your journey to one of our trusted licensed partner operators if required.
All partners are vetted and insured.
Any concerns or complaints should be reported to us in writing at info@aceairporttransfers.co.uk within 7 days of travel.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
